Year 4 had a fantastic time at the Fitzwilliam Museum last Friday. During their visit, they explored the Ancient Greek exhibition, examining a variety of fascinating artefacts and learning more about them from a museum expert. The children also studied paintings depicting the story of the Trojan Horse and discovered the myth behind it. As part of the day’s activities, the pupils used clay to make their own Ancient Greek pot taking inspiration from examples they had seen earlier in the museum. It was an engaging and informative experience that brought their learning about Ancient Greece to life!
