Whilst the early morning temperature was distinctly un-Egyptian, nothing could cool the excitement in Year 3 as they arrived, dressed and ready for their Ancient Egypt Day! As part of their History topic this term, the children took part in art and craft activities as well as dance and drama. The day was rounded off with a feast to celebrate King Tutankhamun’s decision to reinstall the original gods. The children had lots of fun and learnt a lot too!
