A fantastic day for the U13A girls, who were crowned IAPS Regional Hockey Champions after an outstanding tournament performance. The girls topped their group, showing excellent teamwork, determination and quality hockey throughout the day. Having suffered a narrow defeat to Heath Mount in the group stage, they had the perfect opportunity to put things right when they met again in the final. In a tense and closely fought match, the girls showed tremendous resilience and composure to secure a 1–0 victory, completing a brilliant tournament and deservedly lifting the trophy. A fantastic achievement from the whole squad – a performance they should be incredibly proud of!
