U11 Girls’ Hockey Iaps
The U11 Girls’ hockey IAPS team went to Haileybury to compete in the tournament alongside 24 other schools. Having newly formed as a team, they played some great hockey competing against St Faith’s, Kingshott, Manor Lodge, St Benedict’s and Bancroft. The girls’ finished 4th in their group and got knocked out in the quarter finals of the plate to Bishop Stortford College. The girls’ were able to experience tournament hockey which is high tempo, time limiting and where tactical strategies can be match winning!
U11 Girls’ Hockey County Cup
The U11 girls’ hockey county cup team competed against 7 other Cambridgeshire schools at the tournament hosted at Kimbolton School. The girls played some great hockey with linked up play, fantastic execution of passes and many counter attacks, a good experience for all involved with a great display of determination and hard work.
