Congratulations to the U11 Girls’ Cricket Team who took part in an IAPS tournament at Framlingham College Prep School just before half term. Despite losing their first game, the girls put in excellent performances to beat Langley, Stephen Perse and St Faith’s to finish in 3rd place overall.
Our aim is to encourage all pupils to represent their school in a major sport, instilling high standards of sporting conduct on and off the pitches/courts.
A focus on developing excellent fundamentals, which encompass the technical, tactical, physical and mental aspects of sport are reinforced throughout the school. The concept of a healthy and active lifestyle is integrated into all our games and PE lessons, reinforcing the idea of a lifelong love of sport and physical activity.
