We were delighted to hold our first ever St Martin’s Ensembles and Choirs Concert in the Sports and Cultural Centre Hall just before half term. Parents and families were treated to a showcase of the many ensembles on offer, including three Brass Groups, Chanter Club (Bagpipes), three String groups, Flute Group, and Clarinet Choir.
All of the children in Reception to Year 4 joined together to sing a Calypso Song, some of which was in three parts. The concert finished with Year 3 and Year 4 singing from the Sound of Music.
Well done to all of the children and thank you to the staff who have prepared them for this opportunity.
