Seven pupils, accompanied by Director of Sport, Mr Batcheler, travelled to the University of Warwick to compete in the 2026 IAPS National Schools Squash Championships. Across two days of competition, players contested three categories over six courts.
In the Boys’ Open, the school was represented by Steven L, Aayan D, Samuel H, Nico D I, Oliver D and Tobin P. Following the opening day of pool matches, four players progressed to the main draw (top 16), with two entering the Vase competition.
In the Girls’ Open, Lily E competed in a round-robin group before moving into placement play-offs. She delivered a series of strong performances across the weekend and went on to secure third place overall.
On the second day, the boys’ events moved to a knock-out format, with every match contributing to final positions. The squad showed excellent commitment and supported one another throughout, gaining valuable experience for future competitions.

- Tobin P — Plate Winner (9th)
- Aayan D — 12th
- Oliver D — 13th
- Samuel H — 16th
- Nico D I — Vase Winner (17th)
- Steven L — 24th
In the Girls’ Open, Lily E progressed from the round-robin stage into the third/fourth-place play-off, where she won 2–0 to finish third overall and claim the Plate.
