The Ski Trip to Sauze d’Oulx in the Italian Alps was blessed with wonderful weather and fantastic snow conditions. However, even better than that was the group of children who made up the party! They were an absolute pleasure to be with and they conducted themselves faultlessly throughout the trip. There were a large number of beginners in the group this year and one of the nicest things to witness was the progress that they made during the week, with some of them skiing red runs by the end of the week, looking like they had been born on skis! Our advanced groups were able to take advantage of the huge ski area on offer and spent several days enjoying the runs in neighbouring Sestriere. The evenings were just as much fun, with a visit to a local cinema and a journey by ‘piste basher’ for an evening meal in a mountain restaurant among the activities on offer. Many thanks to the children and staff for making the trip such a success.
