On Sunday 22 September, 2 teams of staff, drawn from all areas of King’s (Pre-Prep, Juniors, Seniors, Admin, Music and Maintenance) took on the annual Chariots of Fire relay race. The charity race follows in the heroic footsteps of the famous film “Chariots of Fire” and is a closed road relay around Cambridge city centre through some of the University’s colleges. This year, it was in aid of Magpas Air Ambulance charity. It was a very wet rainy morning, but all of the staff members involved remained upbeat and ran a brilliant race! Out of the 173 teams that took part, our King’s College School teams came an incredible 9th and 81st place. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff members (athletes) involved!
