Today we proudly celebrated Chinese New Year with a wonderful assembly filled with music, movement, and culture.
Our students were treated to beautiful performances on the guzheng and pipa by pupils in Year 7 and Year 5, followed by an energetic dragon dance and an impressive kung fu demonstration that truly brought the celebration to life.
The festivities continue throughout the morning as our Pre-Prep children take part in creative craft activities inspired by the New Year, and everyone looks forward to enjoying a special celebratory lunch together.
It has been a joyful opportunity for our school community to learn about traditions, share experiences, and welcome in the New Year of the Horse with excitement and respect.
