What a wonderful morning our Reception children had on their visit to King’s College Chapel! They were warmly welcomed by the Chaplain, The Revd Dr Jonathan Kimber, who gave them a special, bespoke tour. They learnt so much about the Chapel’s features and fascinating history.
One of their favourite moments was lying on the floor to gaze up at the breathtaking vaulted ceiling! They also had fun completing a ‘Chapel Challenge’, where they explored and searched for some of the Chapel’s most interesting features, including the colourful stained-glass windows, the grand organ, and the Fleur De Lys.
What a spectacular, beautiful building!
