As part of our Year 2 Victorian Day yesterday, pupils were given the opportunity to experience the atmosphere, curriculum, and expectations of a Victorian schoolroom, as well as the chance to explore a museum with items from the time period! Pupils also created a number of Victorian-style crafts, such as beeswax candles, embossed leather bookmarks, cork sailing boats, and porcelain mugs.
As part of our creative curriculum, King’s offers many exciting and enriching opportunities outside the classroom to inspire a love of learning in all our pupils.
