Just before Half Term, pupils in Years 5-8 had a PHSCE lesson with a difference when boyband “Here at Last” came to King’s to sing! As part of their act, the band talked to pupils about their experiences with online bullying, how to stay safe online and also how to deal with struggles with mental health.
It was lovely for the children to have the opportunity to listen to live music with such a valuable message, and they thoroughly enjoyed learning from the band who were both relatable and engaging. After the session, the band joined in with the Jubilee Picnic Lunch and signed many autographs for the children!
Thank you to “Here at Last” for a fabulous morning of music, learning and inspiration for this very important topic.
