Earlier in March everyone in Reception and Year 3 had the opportunity to invite two special guests (not their parents though!) into school for our annual Golden Ticket Afternoon. Lots of grandparents, aunties and uncles, family friends, and neighbours visited, and the children were delighted to show them their classroom. After this, the golden ticket holders were treated to a beautiful music recital in the Assembly Hall, followed by a delicious afternoon tea in the Dining Hall.
Community matters to everyone here at King’s and enabling the children to share a small part of their school experience to people in their wider family or their family friends is important to us. Thank you to all of our visitors for making the afternoon such an enjoyable one for everyone!
