The purpose of the PTA is to promote and develop friendship through the organisation of various social events for the school’s children, teachers and parents. A very welcome by-product of this is that we manage to raise considerable funds which are used for projects which benefit all members of the school community.    During the academic year 2009/2010, we made a profit of £13, 629.27.  The most recent purchase is a brand ne 17seater mini bus for the school.  Previous projects include the brand new hard tennis court near Lady Grey's playing field.  The new Audio/Visual solution in the main hall and contributing to the Leaver's Ball. The committee also funded many of the items built in the new Pre-Prep playground.     The PTA consists of a committee of volunteer co-ordinators, one for each school year, whose main role is to attend termly meetings, to help out at the events throughout the year, and to pass on information to their year-group of parents and teachers.                                                                                                                   Chair of PTA
