Aims and Objectives

To introduce each pupil to the reality of religion and how it shapes our encounter with and understanding of the world and our lives in it.

To help each pupil to appreciate the riches of different religious traditions and the necessity of critical open-mindedness in analysis and comparison.

To develop the skills of discussion, analysis, interpretation and advocacy as the principles found in religious beliefs are applied to contemporary life and its dilemmas.
